Hello and welcome to my blog!

My name is Harry Psaros, and I’m the author of the best-selling book From Struggle to Strength: A Father’s Journey with Autism and the Power of Hope and Positivity. If you’ve read my story, you know that my journey into the world of autism began as a father, determined to understand and support my child in the best way possible. What started as a personal mission quickly became a life-changing passion—one that has opened my eyes to the beauty, complexity, and resilience of neurodiverse individuals and their families.

This blog is the next step in that journey.

Here, I’ll be sharing insights, experiences, research, and practical tips related to autism, ADHD, Tourette’s Syndrome, and the broader world of neurodiversity. We’ll also explore the powerful connection between nutrition and neurological well-being, something I’ve seen firsthand in our family's experience and continue to learn more about every day.

Whether you’re a parent, educator, therapist, individual navigating neurodiversity, or simply someone eager to understand, this space is for you. My goal is to offer real stories, expert-backed information, and a community rooted in hope, empathy, and strength.

In the weeks ahead, you can expect:

  • Deep dives into the latest thinking on neurodiversity and inclusive support

  • Personal reflections and lessons learned from my family’s journey

  • Practical tips for daily life—from communication strategies to nutrition ideas

  • Guest posts and interviews with experts, advocates, and families

  • Honest discussions about challenges—and the joy that can be found even in the struggle

Above all, I want this blog to be a place of positivity, possibility, and connection. The path through neurodiversity is not always easy, but it can be incredibly meaningful—and we don’t have to walk it alone.

Thank you for being here. I’m excited to share this next chapter with you.

With hope and gratitude,

- Harry
